Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Orderly. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for payments made through our website or app.

1. Nature of the Product

Orderly is a digital software product and service. Payments made to Orderly are generally for app access, setup, onboarding, or related service activation. Because this is a digital product, physical returns do not apply.

2. When a Refund May Be Granted

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Your payment was completed successfully but access was not granted
  • You were charged more than the advertised amount due to a technical error
  • A duplicate payment was processed for the same order
  • We are unable to deliver or activate the purchased access within a reasonable time because of an issue on our side
  • A refund is required under applicable Sri Lankan law

3. When Refunds Are Normally Not Granted

  • You changed your mind after access was successfully granted and the product or service was delivered
  • You no longer need the app or purchased access
  • The request is based on a misunderstanding of the features, where those features were already described on the website or during onboarding
  • The issue is caused by your own device, internet connection, or third-party account restrictions outside our control

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once, or a payment appears to have failed but money was deducted, please contact us with your transaction ID, phone number, and email address. We will investigate the payment status with our payment provider and process an eligible refund where appropriate.

5. Refund Request Period

Refund requests should be made as soon as possible after the payment. We recommend contacting us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review the issue quickly.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the original payment channel where possible. Processing time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may take several business days.

7. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following details when contacting us:

  • Your name and contact number
  • The email address used for the order
  • The PayHere or payment transaction reference
  • The date and amount of the payment
  • A short explanation of the issue
